Craving the Swiss Alps and Ski Lodges but can't get out of London? Have I got a place for you!...
I've been seeking to find the best Christmas pop-ups around town, and this one caught my eye and I couldn't stop thinking about it!
So, let me introduce you to The Montague on the Gardens Ski Lodge.
I took my friend Jasmine along to scope the place out and have some hot chocolate.. and boy was it amazing!
You walk in and you are greeted with bubbly snow falling on you as soon as you step out onto the Ski Lodge. You're greeted by fairy lights, pine cones, and a snowman.
Tables made out of barrels and chairs covered in blankets to keep warm.
Towards the back is the fireplace where it's oh so cozy.
We sat down and ordered away our drinks.
We decided we wanted non-alcoholic choctails with caramel. They have their own special whipped cream made with caramel in it - oh how delicious it was! Definitely on the top of my list of London's best hot chocolates (soon I will share with you them all).
I just had to have marshmallows on mine.
So delicious! The Montague were so kind and also gave us some starters. Oh so delicious!
Jasmine had had a hot dog earlier, so I went straight for it.
Deliciously made, with the sauce being tangy and slightly spicy but just the right amount (y'all know that I hate spice! so this was the perfect combo of just the right amount of it)
Next to it was a lovely brie cheese bomb with some cranberry sauce and on the other side was some chicken with gravy and mash. SO YUM!
I tried to see if Mr Snowman wanted some, but he said he was snow full! (y'all know how much i love puns)
So we drank and ate the food and made our way - but not before we decided we wanted to get some more snow pictures!
We had such a lovely time and I will definitely return soon. Book your place so you don't miss out!
That's it for now. I'll be posting more Christmas videos & posts soon! Yay!
Love you all,
Nat x
