The Easiest Festive Disney Dessert

Still looking for an easy festive dessert or even breakfast for this weekend? I've got the perfect one for you..

I got this idea from Pink Cake Plate and I totally loved it! It's the perfect easy food to make, and it's a hit with everyone (my husband loves it, which means that gives me the go ahead ;) )
Now, let me share with you the simplest and best recipe in the world.

Firstly, let me share the ingredients with you:
Mickey Mouse Cookie Cutter (the pack comes with two, but use the bigger one for this)
Ready Rolled Puff Pastry (or a block of puff pastry that you can roll out yourself)
Strawberries
Double Cream
Icing Sugar

Now, first, take your cookie cutter and use it on the puff pastry.

Next, put it in the oven under about 170 Degrees Celsius and leave it in for about 10/15 minutes. Or just follow the pack instructions.
After that, get a few scoops of strawberry jam. This is completely up to you how much you put in. You can't really go wrong on this one.

After you put the jam in, put in some double cream - again, completely up to you how much, it just depends on whether you'd like the taste to be creamier or more strawberry-like. Mix them both together in the bowl.

Next, cut up the strawberries into little pieces, and make sure that some are triangular shaped for the Minnie Mouse bow.

When your puff pastry is ready to come out, slice it in half.

Add the strawberry & cream mix onto the puff pastry (don't overload it, a spoonful should be more than enough) and add the strawberries.

You are then ready to put the top of the pastry on, and sprinkle some powdered sugar over it. Then just grab your pre-cut triangular strawberry pieces and add them on top to give it that Minnie Mouse bow. Everyone will totally love it!

That's it for now! I hope you all loved it, and if you can't make it now, I'm sure it'll be a treat for any day. Hope you all have the most wonderful Christmas!

Love you all,
Nat xx
